Comfortable Yet Stylish Travel Clothes

27 Dec

I have been asked to share what I wear when traveling as it is hard to find clothes that are comfortable, stylish, and can take you from one city to another. I generally opt for the black  jeggings and sweater look as it is very comfortable, takes well to layering, and can look good for a dinner out if my bags get lost (which has happened on more than one occasion). I also tend to pile on the jewelry, but I always arrive to the airport sans jewelry; I keep it in a little pouch in my purse  so after I go through security it is all in one place.

Below is a representation of what I will be wearing to take me from sunny California to gray Seattle. The only thing missing is my dark grey Banana Republic trench coat!Comfortable Yet Stylish Travel Clothes

During my college days, much to my mother’s horror, I would fly home in my Victoria Secret PINK sweat pants! Luckily I’ve gotten over that!

Your airport airport look is very cute!

And I love your blog by the way. I’m another girl who actually gets up and puts make-up on before running!

Once I saw a young mother of 3 look chic on an international flight I knew I had no excuse!

Thanks! So happy there are other runners who don’t mind looking cute while working out!

Great outfit! And as a traveler, I agree that slip-on flats are the most practical thing to get through airport security and to sprint to your plane if you’re inevitably running late (as I often am).

I have run through so many terminals that I’m surprised I didn’t take up the sport years ago! Flats are a traveler’s best friend!
